It is rare that we are unable to answer calls during normal business hours, but occasionally numerous calls at the same time will leave us short of representatives. When this happens, clients are given the option of leaving a message. We assure you that we will return your call quickly.Our telephone message service is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The phones are always monitored, so that we can get back with you quickly to address your request for information or take your order.Like our telephone lines, our FAX line is open around the clock every day of the week and monitored in order to respond to immediate requests for information or orders.
